Kambi needed a website refresh to better reflect its updated brand identity and bring its products to the forefront. I collaborated with key stakeholders to rethink the Home, About, and Product pages using a modern, user-centred approach by simplifying layouts, refining visuals, and aligning the design with the refreshed brand. This first release marks the start of an ongoing effort to evolve the website into a cleaner, more product-focused platform that showcases Kambi’s portfolio of sports betting solutions with clarity and impact.

The Challenge

The previous Kambi website was heavily focused on news and insights, with an inconsistent design system and fragmented user experience. The goal was to create a refreshed site that elevated Kambi’s product offering while improving usability and visual cohesion, all under a tight timeline leading up to a major industry event. Strategically, the focus needed to shift from information and insights to product visibility to support lead generation and business growth. From a user perspective, the experience had to reduce friction and make it easier for visitors to quickly understand who Kambi is, what they do, and why it matters.

The Solution

To make the biggest impact within the timeframe, we focused on high-value updates. This included a redesigned homepage and hero area, improved navigation with clearer information architecture, mobile optimisation, and more structured, engaging content. The refreshed brand identity was fully integrated to create a cohesive and modern visual experience. Calls to action were made clearer and more accessible, and content was streamlined to highlight products more effectively. This first phase established a strong foundation for ongoing improvements, focusing on enhanced accessibility, continuous UX refinement, increased product visibility, improved SEO, and closer alignment with Kambi’s sales and marketing strategies.

The Result

The refreshed website delivered a measurable boost in engagement and visibility. The What We Do page climbed from the 16th to the 3rd most viewed page site-wide, providing a clearer showcase of Kambi’s product portfolio. These updates also strengthened sales performance by generating more qualified leads and supporting Kambi’s commercial growth goals.
